I was in desperate need to sell a townhouse that I have had for many years, my three daughters lived there while attending Blinn and onto A&M. They long have moved back to Sugar land and Houston.
I am a procrastinator and have held onto for my niece. One day my best friend had a friend looking for a place for her daughters, she met with Drew and bought a condo from him. I was finally ready to sell my townhouse, I called Drew, He was very professional and asked if he could take pictures the following day. Of course I said yes and it was on his website and within two days my townhouse was sold.
