Brazos Valley
Brazos Valley is a vast region in Central Texas that consists of the following seven counties:
Brazos Valley encompasses the Bryan-College Station metropolitan area, which serves as its cultural and economic heart. This area is the home of Texas A& M University and the counties of Brazos, Robertson, and Burleson.
The Brazos River flows through the center of the region, hence its name. As of 2010, the region had an estimated population of almost 319,447 and it covers a land area of around 5,124 square miles.
