Forms – Current Tenants

If you are adding or changing a roommate to a current lease with BHHS Caliber Realty please call our office at 979-694-2747 and speak to the Leasing Coordinator to get the process started or email [email protected]! There is a $50 application fee (NO CASH ACCEPTED) that has to be paid before the application can be processed. The incoming tenant must be qualified and approved by management prior to moving into the unit.
